What we do with your information, and what we do not do with it. Last updated August 12, 2026.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and what you bought. When you book work we also collect details of your motorcycle. When you contact us we keep the message so we can answer it.
The website records the usual technical information a web server records, such as the pages requested and the browser making the request, which is what lets us keep the site working and see what people are looking for.
Card details
We do not see or store your card number. Payments are handled by our payment processor, who takes the card details directly and tells us only whether the payment succeeded and the last four digits, so we can match a payment to an order.
Why we hold it
To take payment, ship your order, do the work you booked, answer your questions and keep the accounting records the tax authorities require. We keep order records for seven years for that last reason.
We send marketing email only to people who asked for it. Every one of those messages has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately.
Who else sees it
Our payment processor, the carriers who deliver your order, and the suppliers who ship a part directly to you where that is how the part is sold. Each gets only what they need to do that job.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to anybody for their own marketing.
Cookies
The site sets the cookies it needs to keep a shopping cart and to keep you signed in. Turning those off in your browser will stop the cart working. Anything beyond that is optional and asked for separately.
What you can ask for
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will answer within thirty days. We may have to keep order records that the tax rules require us to keep, and we will say so if that applies.
